Coachella 2026 had no shortage of legendary moments, but one VIP sighting managed to compete with the main stage for sheer pop culture chaos. When Justin Bieber headlined the festival on Saturday night, the crowd watching from the most exclusive section was almost as famous as the man performing.
During Bieber’s headlining set, some expected guests were seen in the audience, including his wife Hailey Bieber and their close friends Kylie and Kendall Jenner. Less conspicuously, a masked Timothée Chalamet was also present, joining his girlfriend Kylie and their friend actor Jacob Elordi as they all grooved along to the performance.
Clips from the festival’s livestream showed Jenner next to the disguised Chalamet as Bieber sang a medley of his older hits including Baby, Never Say Never, and Confident, before moving into newer material from his albums Swag and Swag II.
Kylie’s presence was particularly pointed. She had arrived at the festival wearing a green shirt featuring Justin Bieber’s face, posting throughout the weekend with what she described as serious Bieberchella vibes.
The couple’s Coachella appearance fits a broader pattern of carefully managed public presence throughout their relationship. Kylie and Timothée tend to keep things relatively private, though they have made a number of red carpet appearances over the past year. A source told Us Weekly in January that they now basically live together, with Timothée splitting time between his home and her place in Hidden Hills.
For her second night at the festival, Kylie paired a vintage Chanel spring 2005 lace crop top with Levi’s jeans and a Chrome Hearts belly chain, leaning into an early 2000s aesthetic alongside Kendall and Hailey, who both embraced a similar vintage-inspired energy throughout the weekend.
The full VIP picture, Kylie in Chanel, Timothée in a mask trying his very best to be invisible, Kendall in her signature casual cool, and Hailey there for her husband’s biggest performance of the year, was the kind of celebrity tableau that only Coachella can produce. And regardless of where you stand on any of these relationships, watching all of them share a moment together during one of pop music’s most triumphant comeback sets was undeniably a scene worth talking about.
